I find it encouraging that someone is already in love with RR and it hasn't even started yet.
She has been emailing me back and forth about her thoughts and questions about the new site. Her last emails was chalk full of questions regarding the government and main layout of the world. All great questions.
"-What exactly is the 'Jagorons' race? I tried to Google it, but all I could find is some guy in a Zelda RP with that as a name for a Goron PC. ^^;
-Is the Government a 'world government'? The plot sounds like that in a way to me. So I was wondering if there was, say, a set World Order and subsidiaries in each region or town. Like smaller, supplimentary governments that assist and serve under the main one to make sure order (and control) is maintained. Is it something like that?
-What type of Government is currently established in the world? I get that it's crumbling and corrupt and about to burst wide open, but I don't know anything about it or what they're doing (or not doing) that is upsetting so many people.
-What is the name of the planet? I know it's this mysterious place that seems to draw life from other worlds throughout the galaxy, but what did the Reborn occupants decide to call it? Or does the name differ on the region or race? Sort of how Greek and Roman mythology was so similar and yet had different names for things.
-Is a World Map in the works? I'm curious as to how large the planet is. It would be hard to control people if it was too spread out, but if it's too small it would get over-crowded very quickly.. So I was wondering about that.

Two-part question:
-How do the powers that the reborn have work? I have my own way of filling in the blanks, but I imagine that it's almost like some kind of innate summoning ability. I imagined that some powers, like the norm, are drawn from nature or the elements or things like that.
--Is there a cap on how much one can use their power? The way I imagine it is that it's based off of one's own energy or maybe even life essence or something and so they can only use so much power at time before needing to rest or something. Is it like the more you use your power the better control and more stamina it has (like Exp and leveling) or something like that?
-
-When the Reborn are 'brought' to the planet and born again as children, how does this work exactly? I was thinking in order to survive they couldn't be reborn too young.. And without parents.. I filled this in for myself, but I want to know what you guys envisioned.
I just chocked it up to something like energy. According to the laws of the universe it can't be created or destroyed, but only change shape, right? So I thought that maybe that's what happens. Maybe the planet has some sort of energy-magnet for only certain types of life energy and that's why the whole universe isn't brought there. It made me think that, like comets or meteorites that come crashing to earth, maybe the energy is pulled like that.
I imagined that when it landed (perhaps generally in certain locations with very little divergence, like being pulled to the gravitational field (like diverging points of a Leyline). Like maybe there are points of energy where the people are drawn to become Reborn---almost like mass birthing sites.
That also made me wonder.. If those who are Reborn are more likely to rebel, wouldn't the best way to get an army ready would be to get your hands on as many Reborn children as possible when they're 'born'? ^^;

I guess that's it for now.. Hn. Oh, the idea filled me with such inspiration I started making a little doujinshi story already. Haha.. I like fan stuff because you can differ from the main story or have a unique take on it that might not always work with the Cannon of the original. So I hope you guys don't mind. I just want to see how far I can go with it. It's good brain exercise for me!"
Like I said. Fantastic questions. I'd love to get started on working on the stuff like how the world is laid out. For now I want to keep it focused on the main world, instead of think up the planets surrounding it and what races live there ect. ect. I'm going to start by finding some world maps, try and see if we can find something that looks perfect.
